Founded and led by civil engineer Mr. Sabu Mathew (25+ years’ experience), Arshan combines engineering discipline with practical site experience, a dedicated engineering office, and an experienced accounts & procurement team to deliver projects on schedule, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

We focus on client collaboration, cost transparency, and compliance with UAE building regulations.
